What is Persona Grata?

"Persona grata" - personne bienvenue, Représentant d’un État agréé par un autre État,
personne bienvenue dans un milieu donné.

“Persona grata" - a desirable person”, a representative of a foreign state, adopted by another state;
the person expected in a certain place.

«Желательное лицо», представитель иностранного государства, принятый другим государством;
человек, ожидаемый в определенном месте.
